If you already have a return label, attach it before pickup. If you don't, add the retailer and order details when you book so we know where the item goes.
One pickup can cover several returns going to different destinations. List each item when you book and we route them separately.
A pickup photo when we collect your items, and the receipt or scan from the destination when we hand them over. Your pickup then shows as Completed.
Your retailer decides that. We deliver your item and send proof of drop-off; the retailer reviews the return and confirms any refund on its own timeline.
Text us and we'll move your pickup to the next window on your route. There is nothing to re-book from scratch.

Any bag or box you have at home is fine. Note it when you book if your item still needs to be boxed at the destination.
