Why is Solo only one drop-off location?
Solo is built for a single return trip — one carrier, one store. If you have returns going to different places, Stack handles all of them in one pickup for $11.99. It's almost always the better value if you have more than one return sitting around.
Are there any extra fees not listed here?
No. The price you see is what you pay — no mileage charges, no fuel surcharges, no service fees added at checkout. Add-ons are optional and always shown before you confirm.
Can I add Label & Pack Assist after I book?
Best to add it during booking so your courier comes prepared. If you forgot, reach out as soon as possible — we'll do our best to accommodate before your pickup window.
What if my item gets lost or damaged?
If anything is lost or damaged while it's in our possession — before we hand it to the carrier — we cover the full purchase price. That's the Bettr Guarantee. No claims process, no back and forth. We make it right.
Do I need to be home for the pickup?
No — as long as your return is ready and accessible (front porch, door, etc.), we can collect it without you being home. Just let us know in the booking notes where to find it.
