The Story Behind Bettr.
Built by a parent who got tired of dragging kids through return lines.

Our Story
I was a stay-at-home parent. Anyone who's done it knows that a simple errand is never simple when you have kids in tow. You unbuckle, you carry them in, you wait in line with a return in one hand and a toddler in the other, and you buckle them back up — for a trip that should have taken five minutes and took forty-five.
The returns were the worst of it. You'd buy something online that didn't fit, or pick something up in-store that didn't work out, and suddenly you owed an hour of your day to the customer service counter. Miss the return window and you've just lost your refund entirely. I watched it happen to myself and everyone around me — and I kept thinking the same thing.
Before staying home with my kids, I spent years in logistics. The whole industry is built around one question: how do we get goods to people faster? Nobody was asking the other question; what happens when those goods don't work out? The consumer has to figure that out alone, on their own time, at their own cost.
That's the gap Bettr Returns was built to fill. A local courier service in Baldwin County that handles your returns from your door — so you don't have to load the kids up, drive across town, and stand in line. I know this area, I know how frustrating the errand is, and I built this around making it disappear for you.
