How much does this cost my property?
It depends on your commitment level. Month to month is $4.50/unit/month. A 6 month agreement is $4.00/unit/month. An annual agreement is $3.50/unit/month. All tiers are invoiced monthly with one clean line item. You can cover it as a property amenity or pass the cost directly to residents — either way it's less than most amenity services charge.
